Folder Redirection Not Working: "The system call level is not correct".
We have a group policy being pushed down to a few users and computers in a satellite office for Folder Redirection. We're receiving an odd error in the application logs on the Windows 7 boxes that are supposed to be receiving the group policy. The error is as follows: "Failed to apply policy and redirect folder "Videos" to "\\server\data\home\user\My documents\my videos". Redirection options=0x80009001. The following error occurred: "Failed to copy files from "\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\data\home\user\my documents\my videos" to "\\server\data\home\user\my documents\my videos"". Error details: "The system call level is not correct." The IP address that it gives is the same server that it's trying to move it to. It also fails on My pictures and My Music. But for this particular user/machine My documents is copied over and redirected without any issues. The domain is a 2008 domain and these machines are Windows 7. Different machines have different folders that come up with the same error. Any assistance at this point would be appreciated. Thank you.
